Enado Delivery Information

Order Collections

For security purposes, all collections must be pre-approved. Once confirmed, Enado will request the name of the collection driver and their vehicle registration number. The driver must also present valid photo identification (e.g. a driver’s licence) when collecting the order. Goods will not be released without these details.

UK Deliveries

Orders for items marked as in stock and received before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping service and destination.

International Deliveries

Enado offers reliable international shipping across USA, Europe and worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination, carrier, and service level selected. For international orders:

• Duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Some larger or specialist items may be subject to additional handling time due to export documentation requirements.

Products marked as Special Order are not held in regular stock. Lead times depend on availability and production schedules.
